Step One:
Contact us for your initial consult, which we offer for FREE. We offer this consult over the phone or in person. Call us at 717-718.5199, or via email or by completing our contact form.
Step Two:
We will send you a link, to a secure website, where you will complete your bankruptcy paperwork. In addition, we will send you other necessary forms for you to review, and a checklist. It is important to gather all of the items on the checklist and complete the on line bankruptcy questionnaire prior to your pre-bankruptcy screening. Once you schedule your FREE initial consultation, we will send you the link to the on line questionnaire. NOTE: there is absolutely NO cost to use the website with your questionnaire, nor is there any obligation for you to use our firm to file your bankruptcy simply because you completed that paperwork.
Step Three:
Schedule your Pre-Bankruptcy Screening appointment, the cost of which is $250.00, by contacting us at 717.718.5199. See our contact page for more ways to reach us.
Step Four:
After the pre-bankruptcy screening, make your $500 payment required for us to begin your paperwork.
Step Five:
Once your paperwork is complete, bring in the additional funds required to file your petition. We will have discussed the total cost at your pre-bankruptcy screening.
Remember, the $250 and $500 are applied toward the ultimate fee for your bankruptcy and are not in addition to it. However, some restrictions do apply (for example: you choose not to file bankruptcy, but then come back to see us several months later and your circumstances have changed significantly. However, if there will be an additional fee, this will be discussed with you well in advance.
